In the meantime, we are aware that many of our customers want more information about who is calling them or if they have a busy or a meeting scheduled, etc. As you know, those information are not available via text, but there is a way to get those data using information that we receive from the caller and the receiving party, as well as the voice signal that is received on your phone.
Here is what you need to know:
The information that we receive from the caller and the receiving party is transmitted to us anonymously, so we don’t see who is calling you.
